\"Please note to be added below information\"

Mr. Pugh informed us that and we were not to pay our mortgage company, while he were handing our case and he would work closely with the company himself, he stated that we were to ignore all notice that came to the house, he reassure us that it would take approx. 6-9 months before the bank could go thru foreclosure.

We sent Mr. Pugh his final payment in May 2011, via wire from our acct to his once he called to verify final payment, his phone was discontinue and all other numbers from the website did not work.

My husband and I have fallen victim to JW Pugh,Last year in St. Louis at a C.O.G.I.C Convention literature was given out regarding assist individual lower interest rates on their homes, I took one and follow through with a phone call.

"Bro." JW Pugh promise us after prayers with us that he could help us lower our interest rate or perhaps even getting our home without having to pay any additional mortgage to our bank because of being over charge.

He told us that he will represent us as our advisor with a small amount of $3000.00 we sent him our assessment of our income and copy of our paperwork to our home ( thank God not a copy of the deed- which I wasn't able to locate at the time).

Review about: Jw Pugh.

Mr.Pugh is in custody in the Navajo County Jail.

He is currently being held on a $250,000 bond warrant and he wants to go to trial ASAP. Trial is tentatively scheduled for the middle of May. The prosecutors may need people to testify in their case to show Pugh’s pattern of fraud. Pugh is representing himself.
